Client: Sydney Fringe Festival
When: 2023
Role: Lead Creative
I wrote, directed, produced, scored, marketed, and starred in a one-man show - not to brag, but it sold out.
And it got some good reviews, too.
It followed the main character, Harry, back to a regional school reunion he swore he’d never attend, while the friends he made in Sydney slowly unravel why he left in the first place.
An LED screen played videos of seven other pre-recorded characters I performed against, timed to the millisecond - what you're seeing now is the pre-show roll that played as audiences filed in.
It was a precision game - and the most personal thing I’ve ever made.
⭐⭐⭐⭐
Lynch has the makings of a great comedy writer: the sense of the ridiculous, an ear for what people say, but knowing what they really mean, and a sharply tuned radar for hypocrisy and self-delusion.
Theatre Thoughts
Here are some good moments from the show -
I apologise in advance for the audio quality.
⭐⭐⭐⭐
Lynch [has an] ability to weave together a compelling storyline with heavy themes, in a compassionate, yet raw way. It's a compelling and emotionally charged show.

I also composed the score for the show, which you can find here.
And a little bonus - here are some posters that I put up around Sydney University colleges.
